Which one is right for you?

ABC LamCon Pontoons can be used in tidal and non-tidal conditions.

The pontoons are lighter displacement (weight) therefore more able to support larger and heavier house structures for the same freeboard.

The construction results in a lower centre of gravity for the pontoon thus the whole structure has a greater stability and resistance against heeling moments, e.g. produced by side wind forces.

The storage space under the house, in the cellars created within the pontoons provides an enormous potential and allows the house space (the expensive space!) to be used solely for spacious living areas.

The cellar space is dry and well ventilated, therefore stored items are unlikely to suffer mould and mildew problems. Tankage, both potable and sewage, can be stored safely, unaffected by external ambient conditions, freezing etc.

A significant proportion of the ground floor plumbing and wiring can be routed through the pontoons and therefore made accessible under the house.
